4. Data Retention

Interaction logs are retained for 90 days for operational purposes, then permanently deleted unless you have explicitly opted into extended retention for model improvement. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and 30 days following deletion. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

5. Data Sharing

ACME does not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Infrastructure, security, and analytics vendors under strict data processing agreements
  • Research partners: Only anonymized, aggregated datasets — never raw personal data
